•A personal statement (maximum 600 words) describing research interests, previous experience in healthservices research or implementation science, and fellowship goals.

•Current CV

•Two letters of recommendation

•(Optional) Proposed CADRE mentor(s), research subject areas, and/or research or project ideas.


 Candidates will be selected based on:

•Interest in health services research and VA’s learning health care system

•Commitment to improving healthcare services for Veterans

•Potential to use this opportunity to launch an independent research career

•Match with CADRE investigators’ research areas and interests
